Job Description for Junior Marketing Manager:

Peripheral Systems is seeking a Junior Marketing Manager to join our team based in Jupiter, FL. This marketing administrative support position is vital to the entire Peripheral System team’s overall daily function and success.

As the marketing manager assistant, you will help move marketing project to completion, this position requires a sharp critical thinker with a very high level of organization, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects – must also be able to quickly adapt to re-prioritize projects on a whim.

Your Duties will Include: 

  • Overall management and content creation for cooperate social media pages – Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Create and implement email marketing campaigns from start to finish (concept, template creation, copy, launch and reporting)
  • Help develop internal marketing/sales strategies and collateral.
  • Assist in content writing, updating our corporate blog and posting on a regular basis
  • Planning and creating a monthly content calendar that includes all copywriting and curation of on-brand assets including graphics.
  • Perform competitive market research – research companies, brands, and agencies to target for B2B and B2C sales efforts.
  • Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by researching and conceptualizing strategies, plans, and objectives.
  • Track, derive, and report on weekly key metrics from our social media, email, and sales channels.
  • Responsible for graphic design for marketing promotions, including literature, case studies, email templates, RFP’s, and pitch decks.

The position is full time at our offices based in Jupiter, FL – no telecommuting.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing Manager in preparations of product launch
  • Manage social media platforms
  • Support preparations of events and attend events
  • Create visual and written content
  • Fulfill PR requests
  • Ad Campaign management for Google, YouTube, Pinterest, and other digital advertising channels
  • Client management and account strategy development – you will be responsible for both customer retention and customer growth
  • Optimize content for automated newsletter campaigns

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (marketing / communications  / PR or related field)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience (preferred, but not required)
  • Excellent written and personal communications skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
  • Top organizational skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience working with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Publisher, etc.)

Job Description for Sales Manager:

Peripheral Systems is seeking a Sales Manager to join our team based in Jupiter, FL. This position will be a direct report to our CEO and is vital to the entire Peripheral System team’s overall daily function and success. 

As the Sales Manager you will develop the growth and development of our sales culture. You will deliver ongoing sales initiatives that will be spread out to regional locations. You will thrive working in an entrepreneurial environment—bringing forth and implementing new ideas and solutions. This individual will have the ability to take a project and run with it while adding in their own innovative solutions and ideas. Additionally, this position is responsible for the analysis of data, utilizing internal and external data sources, reporting and research tools. They will also track key prospecting initiatives and track revenue generation. 
 

Your Duties will Include:  

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue. 
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals. 
  • Attend Sales meeting internally and externally. 
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly. 
  • Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives. 
  • Managing our regional sales representatives, mentoring and monitoring. 
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations. 
  • Assisting newly recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers. 
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective. 
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred. 
  • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation (Not a deal breaker) 
  • Proven sales management experience. 
  • Ability and proven track record of promoting within an organization. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.  
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. 
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills. 
  • Effective communication skills. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills 

The position is full time at our offices based in Jupiter, FL – Extensive Travel Required.

Job Description: 

Peripheral Systems, LLC. is an internationally growing IT company. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Assistant to the CEO. This individual will be based in our Florida headquarters in the Northern Part of Palm Beach County, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the CEO and supporting our Florida team.  

Duties & Responsibilities:
